Mogyoro-szoszos csirke spagettivel + recept

Finomat foztem ma vacsorara, meg is volt 20 perc alatt. Szeretem az ilyen gyors recepteket mert kinek van kedve es ideje meg munka utan egy orat fozocskezni.... (bocs de nincs kedvem forditgatni, aki valamit nem ert kerdezzen)

Chicken and pasta in peanut sauce


8 oz dried thin spaghetti
1 bunch broccolini, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 medium red sweet pepper, cut into bite-size strips
1 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup bottled peanut sauce
pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)


1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions (6-7 mins), adding broccolini and sweet pepper during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain.

2. Meanwhile, halve chicken breasts horizontally. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. In an extra-large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook about 4 minutes to until no longer pink, turning once. Transfer chicken to a cutting board. Put pasta and vegetables into the skillet.

3. Slice chicken; add to pasta and vegetables. Heat through. Stir in peanut sauce. If desired sprinkle with a pinch of crushed red pepper.
